如何在 local 測試 Google Service Account
我們可以利用 gcloud CLI 寫入 service account
Google 提供的 client library 會自動讀取 Google Application Default Credentials (ADC) file，所以只要使用 ADC 寫入特定 service account 的 credential，在 local 開發時，就能以 service account 的身份來存取 Google 服務了。
